Safety is at the core of our culture at Contractor Transport (CT). This philosophy is ingrained in every CT representative through a combination of technical driving protocols and continuous training. We empower all employees with stop-work authority, and extend this commitment to our subcontractors and partners.
By minimizing accidents, we reduce operating costs and increase productivity. Most importantly, our team members return home safely to their families at the end of each day.

Mentorship Program
Every new driver has a mentor
We have a rigorous, safety-focused onboarding process that pairs each newly hired driver with an experienced mentor. The mentor provides hands-on training and support until the new driver is fully prepared to work independently — a process that can take weeks or even months.
